This project is born from admiration and exploration. Admiration for Ernesto Catena’s poetic vision and his way of understanding viticulture as a total art form. And exploration in search of a visual language that can accompany that sensitivity without overwhelming it.

Here, the design does not aim to describe the wine, but to invoke it. Each label contains a small symbolic universe: everyday objects, animals, tools, or minimal scenes that, once removed from their context, become metaphors.

The stroke doesn’t shout, it whispers. The forms are simple, yet full of intention. The design accompanies the wine, wraps around it, gives it a place in memory.

Each bottle is paired with a short text, almost a poem. It doesn’t explain; it suggests. A reflection on origin, waiting, desire, the earth.

This project doesn’t seek to dress a brand. It seeks to honour a soul.
